The Southend Half Marathon in aid of Havens Hospices was held today. Whilst I have started running for fitnerss and to lose weight I am not fit enough to take on a half marathon just yet and so was not running myself.
I did however go down to take a few photos of the runners and to encourage them in their endeavours. A selection of photos follow – many more can be found here.
