My daughter Lizzie and her friend Ellie took part in the Cancer research UK Race for Life 5k run at Garons Park this morning and they both did really well and finished in around 40 minutes. I went along with my wife sara to support and a few of their friends had turned out too which was really great. I was amazed at the number of ladies supporting the event and taking part.
